Germantown Middle Optional Program Open House, January 13th at 6 p.m.

Hello Grahamwood 5th grade parents,

My name is Travis Lockhart and I am the optional coordinator at Germantown Middle School. I know it does not seem like it, but it is that time of year where decisions regarding middle school choice and important dates are starting to get closer. I just wanted to introduce myself and let you all know what we have available in terms of our optional program and ways to get more info about the program. I have listed several opportunities below:

-We host student shadow days and parent tours throughout the school year, so if you would like to set one or both up, please let me know and I will make it happen.

-The SCS School Choice Fair is December 7th 11 AM-3 PM at the Hickory Ridge Mall if you want to come and check out all SCS middle schools and optional programs.

-The SCS Optional Schools Fair will be January 5th at the University of Memphis from 1-4 PM. All optional programs will be on display at this event.

-Germantown Middle's Optional Open House will be January 13th at 6 PM. (See below postcard invite.) Please come out and see what all we have to offer here at GMS!
