CLARIFICATIONS: Optional School Application Process for New and Returning Students
We apologize but there may have been a misunderstanding about the 2018-2019 Optional application process.
SCS is very excited about moving the 2018-2019 application process
ALL online.
FOR NEW PROSPECTIVE OPTIONAL SCHOOL APPLICANTS
SCS's new online application system goes live today, January 29 at 10am on the SCS website: http://www.scsk12.org/
This is NOT the deadline for new Optional applications.
The Optional School application process with priority deadline dates for NEW prospective students is described in the gray box below. Again, this process is for NEW Optional applicants.
FOR RETURNING OPTIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS
Students already in Optional will use the online renewal form accessed here:

On the Optional Schools homepage, look at the left side menu bar and you will see the 2018-2019 Renewal Application link in English and Spanish.
Again, kindergartners and other students not already in optional who wish to apply would use the online application at scsk12.org that opened today.
